Launch analysis in local mode

This command launch Eoulsan in cluster mode. See the cluster mode configuration page to see how to configure Eoulsan to handle the job scheduler of your cluster.

• Command name: clusterexec
• Mandatory parameters:

  workflow file	a path	The workflow file to use
  design file	a path	The design file to use



• Optional parameters:

  Parameter	Value	Description
  -d, --description	a string	The description of the analysis
