Launch analysis in local mode

This command launch Eoulsan in local mode.

• Command name: exec
• Mandatory parameters:

  workflow file	a path	The workflow file to use
  design file	a path	The design file to use



• Optional parameters:

  Parameter	Value	Description
  -d, --description	a string	The description of the analysis



• Usage:

  $ eoulsan.sh exec -d 'my first eoulsan launch' workflow.xml design.txt
