Installation

The installation of Aozan on all *nix systems is quite similar and very easy. You don't need to be the root user of your system to install Aozan.

The only tool you need to have is a tar/gz/bz2/zip extractor.

  • Download Aozan on our website.
    • $ wget http://outils.genomique.biologie.ens.fr/aozan/aozan-3.1.1.tar.gz
  • Unzip the archive where you want install the software.
    • $ tar xzf aozan-3.1.1.tar.gz
  • Aozan is ready to run.
  • You can now launch Aozan manually:
    • $ cd aozan-3.1.1
$ ./aozan.sh /etc/aozan.conf
